X & Associates was established in 2010 in Mumbai. From our founding, our objective has been to provide considered, rigorous, and dedicated legal counsel to our clients across a broad spectrum of practice areas. Founded by advocates who began their practice in the Bombay High Court, the firm brings together extensive courtroom experience with precise advisory capabilities.
Over the past decade, we have expanded our practice from a pure litigation chamber to a multi-advocate firm handling complex corporate advisory, family law, and property matters alongside our core trial and appellate practice. We believe that an established practice must evolve with the changing legal landscape while maintaining the traditional values of the Bar.
Our approach is defined by direct partner involvement. Every matter, whether a district court trial or a complex high court writ, receives the personal attention of our senior advocates. We coordinate closely with a network of chartered accountants, company secretaries, and technical experts to provide comprehensive solutions for our clients.
Today, the firm comprises a dedicated team of advocates practicing before the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, District & Sessions Courts, and various tribunals including the NCLT and Consumer Forums.
Meet the Team
Adv. Ramesh Sharma
Adv. Sharma has been in active practice since 2010, appearing regularly before the Bombay High Court and District Courts. Prior to establishing X & Associates, he practiced under a Senior Advocate and has handled high-stakes matters across criminal defence and civil litigation. He is a member of the Bombay City Civil & Sessions Court Bar Association.
Adv. Priya Desai
Adv. Desai specializes in corporate advisory and property law. She regularly represents clients before the NCLT and RERA authorities. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, contract enforcement, and real estate due diligence.
Our firm is supported by a team of legal professionals including enrolled advocates, law graduates, and experienced paralegal staff.
